Full Payment:
Must be settled 30-45 days before departure. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment due within 3 days.

Holding Period:
Bookings held for 3 business days only. Deposit required to secure reservation.
Date Transfer:
Selected travel date is final after deposit payment. Changes cannot be accommodated.
Bracket Rate:
Should the number of passengers fail to meet the specified minimum requirement, the pricing will be adjusted accordingly to the bracket rates.
Ticket Issuance:
Finalized approximately one week before departure. Timeline subject to adjustments during peak seasons.
Credit Note Policy:
Overpayments will be issued as non-refundable credit notes, transferable to future bookings only.

Visa Policy:
Guarantee deposit will be forfeited if visa is denied. Name change permitted if ticket not yet issued, same departure date required.
Immigration:
Package cost non-refundable if unable to pass immigration at any international airport. Subject to immigration officer discretion.

In the event of sudden airline schedule adjustments, clients are expected to follow the new schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in cases of natural disasters, force majeure, or mandated government restrictions. Refunds are not available.

Package cannot be rebooked. No refunds for unused tours, transportation, hotels, or flights. Once guarantee deposit is made, cancellation is not permitted.
Cancellations made 45 days or less before departure: Both guarantee deposit and full payment forfeited, plus corresponding charges.
