Booking & Payment Terms
π° Reservation Deposit
A USD 600 per person reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and must be settled within three (3) business days upon receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
β οΈ Failure to provide the deposit within this period may result in the release of your booking slot.
π³ Full Payment Schedule
Full payment must be settled 30 to 45 days before the Departure Date. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made within three (3) days after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
β οΈ Late payment may result in the release of your slot and forfeiture of the deposit.
οΏ½οΏ½ Group Pricing Adjustment
If the number of passengers does not meet the specified minimum requirement for the booked bracket rate, the pricing will be adjusted accordingly based on the actual number of confirmed passengers as per the published rates.
π Documentation Requirements
For Minors (Under 18): Filipino minors traveling without both parents must secure a Travel Clearance from DSWD.
For Government Employees: A Travel Authority from your Department Head is required, even for leisure travel.
βοΈ Ticket Issuance & Flight Changes
Tickets are typically issued approximately one week before departure. Timeline may vary during peak seasons based on airline capacity.
In case of airline schedule changes, passengers are expected to follow the new schedule. Rebooking may only be processed in cases of natural calamities or government-mandated cancellations. Refunds are not available for airline schedule changes.
π« Changes & Modifications
Date Transfer: The travel date selected upon deposit payment is considered final and cannot be changed.
Name Changes: A name change may be permitted if the replacement passenger has a valid visa and joins the same departure date, provided the ticket has not yet been issued. Deposit will be transferred to the new passenger.
Itinerary Changes: The tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary sequence due to flight schedules, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. All listed destinations will still be visited.
β Cancellation Policy
This tour package has a strict cancellation policy:
- The reservation deposit (USD 600) is non-refundable once payment is made
- Cancellations made 45 days or less before departure will result in forfeiture of both deposit and full payment
- No refunds for unused tours, transportation, hotels, or flights
- In case of overpayment, a non-refundable credit note will be issued as a travel fund for future bookings with Juan World Philippines
β οΈ Additional Important Notices
Immigration: If a passenger is unable to pass immigration at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Immigration clearance is at the discretion of immigration officers.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, and trip disruptions.
