TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Full cancellation charges will be applied for any cancellation made once the ticket is issued.
Since we have secured a group fare, should the passenger deviate from the original route, an applicable rerouting fee will be charged by the airline.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers have the option to cancel requested or booked services at any point. Upon cancellation, customers are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, subject to compensating the agency, unless exceptional circumstances apply. The compensation consists of processing costs and applicable cancellation fees as stated below.
PAYMENT TERMS – FLEXIBLE FOR FILIPINO TRAVELERS
- Reservation Deposit: USD 300 per person (payable in PHP equivalent) – deadline announced once minimum pax is reached
- 50% Payment: Required 30 days prior to departure (bank transfer or office payment accepted)
- Final Balance: Due 21 days before departure
- Payment Options: Bank transfer, office payment in Makati/BGC, or installment plans available
- Visa Processing: Schengen visa assistance included – we handle all paperwork!
GENERAL TERMS
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
The customer should be made aware of the payment and cancellation policy before booking their trip. The policy should include the dates by which payments are due, any penalties for late payments, and the deadlines for cancellations and refunds.
Changes to Itinerary:
The travel company should reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, such as changing the dates, destinations, or accommodations, due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the company should also make a good faith effort to provide comparable or better accommodations and activities.
Travel Documents:
The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Health and Safety:
The travel company cannot guarantee the safety of its customers, and it is the customer’s responsibility to take appropriate precautions to protect their health and safety during the trip.
Liability:
The travel company should not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to the customer or their property during the trip, unless the company was negligent.
Travel Insurance:
The customer is strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
Intellectual Property:
The customer agrees to respect the intellectual property of the travel company and its partners, and to not use any of the company’s materials or trademarks without permission.
Governing Law:
Any disputes arising from the agreement should be resolved in accordance with the laws of the country where the travel company is located.
Privacy Policy:
The customer’s personal information will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with the travel company’s privacy policy.
Force Majeure:
The travel company shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or other issues arising from events outside of its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes.
