💳 Payment Terms

• Guarantee Deposit: A USD 500 per person deposit is required to secure the reservation and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Failure to settle within the given period may result in the release of the reserved slot. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Booking Holding Period: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
• Full Payment: Full payment must be settled FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
• Ticket Issuance: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
• Credit Note Policy: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings with Juan World Philippines, Inc.

📋 Booking Policies

• Change of Name Policy: Name changes are permitted ONE TIME only, subject to a fee of USD 100 per person. Requests for name changes must be made at least SIXTY (60) DAYS before the departure date.
• Immigration Process: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
• Flight Schedule Adjustments: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.
• Valid Passport: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date.
• Visa Requirements: Guests are responsible for checking and obtaining required visas.
• Travel Insurance: Highly recommended for all travelers.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Package: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights.
• After Deposit Made: Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. In the event of cancellation, both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited, along with corresponding charges.
• 45 Days or Less: Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to departure will result in the forfeiture of both the guarantee deposit and full payment.
