What to know before
you begin.
Antarctica is an expedition rather than a conventional cruise. Ship choice, cabin category, voyage length and route all matter, while weather, ice and wildlife determine each day’s programme. We help coordinate the sailing with the international flights, gateway stays and practical preparation surrounding it.

Frequently asked questions.
Is the published route guaranteed?+
No. Weather, sea ice and safety determine the final route, daily landings and wildlife encounters. The captain and expedition leader may adjust plans at any time.
Do I need to be extremely fit?+
Not necessarily, but travellers should generally be comfortable boarding Zodiacs and walking on uneven, wet or slippery ground. Accessibility varies by ship and should be reviewed before booking.
How early should I reserve?+
Expedition ships have limited capacity, and preferred cabins and international flights can sell well ahead. Planning early is especially helpful for fixed dates or milestone journeys.
What does the price usually include?+
Inclusions vary by ship and supplier. Your quotation should clearly separate the expedition fare, flights, hotels, insurance, gratuities, equipment, optional activities and applicable visa or entry requirements.
