Travel Conditions / Requirements

Visitors Allowed: Effective November 16, 2021, only Fully Vaccinated Individuals are allowed to enter Boracay Island.

Pre-travel Requirements: 
  • Screenshot of the Online Health Declaration Card (OHDC) Confirmation Page
    • Register online as tourist for the Online Health Declaration Card with QR code available on: www.touristboracay.com. The QR code is a mandatory pre-boarding requirement. NO QR CODE, NO ACCEPTANCE
  • Proof of identification with Philippine Residency
  • A copy of confirmed booking slip/form from a Boracay accommodation establishment with DOT CAO
  • Roundtrip flight/travel details (only Caticlan Airport can be used by those travelling via air)
  • VaxCertPH Covid-19 Vaccination certificate with full vaccination status from https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/ OR
    • Locally issued Vaccination Card/ID with full vaccination status and verifiable QR Code; or, 
    • Locally issued Vaccination Card/ID with full vaccination status and with Certificate of Vaccination from issuing Vaccination Center with contact details; or.
  • For Unvaccinated individuals, Negative RT-PCR Result with date of extraction 72 hours to date of travel
  • Minors aged twelve (12) years old to seventeen (17) years old entering Boracay Island as tourist or otherwise must present, in addition to the requirements for the issuance of a QR Code, any of the following:
    • VaxCertPH Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate with full vaccination status; OR
    • Locally issued vaccination card/ID with full vaccination status and with verifiable QR Code, OR
    • Locally issued vaccination card/ID with full vaccination status and with Certificate of Vaccination from vaccination center that performed the jabs with contact details.
    • In the absence of either of the three (3), a negative RT-PCR Test Result Certificate (saliva, NPS or OPS) with date of extraction within 72 hours to date of travel must be submitted.
      • Minors below twelve (12) years old are no longer required to present any of the above nor they are required to submit a Negative RT-PCR test result before being issued QR Codes. 
      • In both instances MINORS must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

2.  Caticlan Airport for tourists

  • For tourist travelling by air, only Caticlan Airport in Caticlan shall be the port of entry and exit to Boracay, thus KALIBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT shall only cater to Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF), Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) and other emergency travelers.

3. S-PASS Suspended

  • The requirement of an approved S-PASS for individuals bound for Boracay Island and Aklan Mainland is suspended until definite guidelines from concerned agencies are issued.
