Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
π Effective: May 1, 2025
Starting May 1, 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land, or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival.

π³ Payment Terms
- Guarantee Deposit (PHP 15,000): Required within THREE (3) business days of receiving the Confirmation Invoice to secure your booking
- Booking Holding Period: Limited to three (3) business days. Deposits not received within this period may result in booking release
- Full Payment: Must be settled THIRTY (30) days before departure. For bookings made less than 30 days before travel, full payment required within THREE (3) days of invoice
- Ticket Issuance: Approximately one week before departure (subject to airline capacity and peak season demand)
- Single Supplement: Additional PHP 6,000 for solo travelers requiring private rooms
π Booking & Change Policies
- Date Transfer: Travel dates are final once deposit is paid. Date change requests after payment cannot be accommodated
- Itinerary Adjustments: Schedule may change based on flight details, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. All listed destinations will still be visited
- Flight Changes: Travelers must follow airline-adjusted schedules. Rebooking only available for natural disasters or government-mandated cancellations

- Non-Refundable: Package cannot be canceled or refunded once guarantee deposit is paid
- No Partial Refunds: No refunds for unused tours, transportation, hotels, or flights
- Overpayments: Will be issued as non-refundable credit note (travel fund) for future bookings with Juan World Philippines, Inc.
- Immigration Issues: Package cost is non-refundable if travelers cannot clear immigration at any international airport. Clearance is at immigration officers’ discretion

- Government Employees: Must present Travel Authority from Department Head, even for personal travel
