π° GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
USD 1,000 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is non-refundable and must be settled within three (3) business days of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
β±οΈ BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD
The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
π³ FULL PAYMENT
Full payment must be settled thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made three (3) days after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
π BRACKET RATE
Should the number of passengers fail to meet the specified minimum requirement, the pricing will be adjusted accordingly to the bracket rates outlined in the Flyer and Agent’s Copy.
π VISA POLICY
In the event of a visa application being denied, the guarantee deposit will be forfeited. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.
π« TICKET ISSUANCE
Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½ DATE TRANSFER POLICY
Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
β Cancellation Policy
β οΈ The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights.
β οΈ Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. In the event of cancellation, both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited, along with corresponding charges. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to departure will result in complete forfeiture of all payments.

To ensure a smooth departure process, please check and confirm the following mandatory travel documents:
- For Filipino Minors (Below 18 Years Old): If a minor is traveling alone or with someone other than their parents, they are required to secure a Travel Clearance issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). Please advise parents/guardians to process this in advance.
- For Filipino Government Employees: Government employees traveling abroad, even for personal or leisure purposes, must present a Travel Authority from their respective Department Heads. This is a required document upon departure.
